We typically harvest 300 to 350 species, including many choice edibles, from nearby fungally rich parks, such as the Salmon River State Forest. Our legendary mycophagy sessions usually include 10 to 20 choice species from the day's harvest. We also have outdoor swimming, evening programs and tours of the tables.
